Rzeszów is a city in south-east of Poland with population of about 173 thousand dwellers. It is placed in the neighbourhood of two large mountain range - Carpathians and Western Bukovecs (Bieszczady Zachodnie) so it’s a great place for mountain lovers. The city is one of the most peaceful places in Poland - second place on the list of cities with the lowest criminality level.

Rzeszów is very important industrial centre, with especially well-developed pharmacological industry but thank to nearness of modern Rzeszów-Jesionka airport, it is becoming more attractive for tourists.

There are a lot of cultural events in Rzeszów. Some of them are international, for example Festival of Polish Diaspora Folkloristic Bands or Many Cultures Festival “Galicia“. Rzeszów can be also pride of many beautiful 18th and 19th century monuments of architecture.
