AriDevelopment belongs to the hotel complex of Arka Medical SPA**** placed only 50 meters from the beach. It provides accommodation in luxury apartments with sea view, wonderful SPA treatments and a lot of other attractions.

AriDevelopment is located on Sulkowskiego street, only 50 meters from the sea and about 30 minutes stroll from Kolobrzeg city center and 15 minutes from amphitheater - main place of cultural events in the city.

Breakfast are included in room price. In addition there is possibility to have a board for additional payment.

AriDevelopment provides accommodation in 1-room, 4-star quality apartments, some with the sea view. Every apartment has two beds, there is possibility to connect them into one, double bad. For request they can also add extra bed to the apartment.

Each apartments has bathroom with bath or shower and LCD SatTV.

Cancellation Policy

Changes made 96 hours or more before your arrival date are subject to NO penalty. Cancellations made 96 hours or more before your arrival date are subject to NO penalty. Cancellations or changes made 96 hours or less before your arrival date are subject to a 1 Night Room penalty. During Summer Sunrise Festival the whole reservation is non refundable in case of any changes or cancellations.
