First of all Piotr, everybody on the trip joins me in expressing our thanks to you and your company for an excellent visit. Everything seemed to work very smoothly and for this, at the London end of the organisation, I was particularly grateful.

Some particular things to mention.

Hotel. This proved to be a very good choice by you and we were very comfortable and the staff very helpful. The Friday night meal worked reasonably well (by ordering early before the meeting) and the breakfasts were sumptuous and extremely good value. If I was returning
to Krakow, which I hope I will, I'd definitely stay there again. The fitness suite and swimming pool were very popular. The conference room was fine too.

Florianska Restaurant. This worked very well too and everybody was happy and well fed. They gave us a side room and a couple of charming waiters with attractive, if idiosyncratic pronunciation of English, and we all enjoyed their care of us and felt on the whole it had been
a good choice for this size of group. too

Staff/Guides: Dorothy was charming and very helpful and the group naturally wanted to express this in the usual way and did. Lunch on board on the Saturday was perfectly ample and nice tasting rolls. One couple saved there own for the EasyJet flight home the next day! Nobody would have wanted to go and have a meal between camps and I think this solution was ideal for us; thank you for organising it.

The Auschwitz Guide was truly excellent and everybody has commented on his wisdom and knowledge and that it was his skill that transformed the camp tour and made it so memorable. As with Dorothy, when we had a collection for him everybody gave very generously as they were so grateful. He told me privately that he mainly worked on the Museum Website. For sure a really good guide for your company to have chosen for us.
On the Sunday morning tour, the guide you chose for us was delightful, friendly and extremely well informed. It poured with heavy rain throughout so we had a brief tour only (at our behest) but she made a wet Sunday morning in Krakow very interesting.

Privately, she had helped Alison & myself with a particular query about Polish mythology and I would like to send her an email about this particular query and would be grateful if you could let me have her email address too. Again , delegates warmly showed their appreciation of her efforts for us in the usual way.

The transports and drivers were very comfortable and well organised and efficient. This made for a big help over the entire weekend, including your actual welcome at Krakow Airport and your timely help with the booking in at Qubus.

Finally, I am going to send you two files that I've photographed and edited from our trip. As you've been very helpful over the months I thought it would be nice if you could see these and we can share them with you. Under a separate message I will give you the links.

I wanted to thank you and your company for the trip that you arranged for myself and my colleagues in February. You were very patient with us as we emailed you about fifty times with questions, the hotel was fantastic (very high quality and centrally located) and the tour guides you arranged were professional, kind and went beyond the call of duty to help us. I know that our trip would not have been as successful without your support.

We came back to school (we are teachers) with not only a deeper understanding of the holocaust but also with a love of Krakow with its beautiful architecture, its delicious food and the welcoming people that we encountered everywhere we went.

I will recommend your company wholeheartedly to anyone planning a trip to Poland.

We had (as far as possible given the context of our visit!) and excellent time. Everything worked wonderfully from an operational perspective. Flights on time, the hotel, buses, wheelchairs, and Auschwitz tour guide were all great!

Kazmierz was fascinating, the food and music in the Ariel restaurant brilliant too! I don't think it's a tour we will be doing every year, but I expect that we will fix another one up in three or four years time. When that happens I'll let you know!!

We would like to say a very big thank you for our mini tour holiday arranged by you. We had a really great time and can not thank you as our tour operator. From the minute we got of the flight from Liverpool, we were looked after by your staff 110 per cent.

Can I begin by expressing my thanx to you both for an outstanding job in relation to the PDTN conference.The feedback that we have received has been excellent with regard to the planning and friendliness of both your teams.I know some of my colleagues are trying to organise another visit as a number of people who missed it would like to go for themselves. What a wonderful trip and you made it all so easy!! Everyone was delighted with our guide Monika - well informed, clear English, and a sense of humour too! The minibuses were modern and the drivers courteous - and always on time or early! Our seats at the opera were FABULOUS!! My friends had never had such good seats before - there was no need for opera glasses!

They all found the hotel convenient and comfortable. Breakfast was good with plenty of variety, even though the tables were a bit close together. Now there is no bar, there are kettles in the rooms, plus the tea/coffee etc. This will be a big plus with other English guests. So we'd carried out 10 kettles unnecessarily!!!

Overall a most sucessful trip.

Your consultants were excellent at selecting the hotels and organizing train travel between the various towns. All arrangements and the hotels that you chose for were excellent. We did not go on the Zakopane tour as we preferred to use the time to visit sights in Krakow but our tour in Warsaw was excellent. The guide. Zuzanna adapted the itinerary to suit the weather, rain, and we saw much more than we might have hoped. We would recommend escape2poland and thank you for your help for what was a memorable week.
