Party size discount – if you're a party of 4 or more people you get a discount taking the tour with us. Maximum discounts for groups of 8 are up to about 25% of our regular price, which means that 2 persons are going for FREE. Discount for 4 person party is 20% which means that 4th person is going for FREE.
MINIVAN option is for all those who wants to experience more and travel in more comfort with pick up at their hotel or apartment.
BUS option is mainly for students and all those looking for a great price bargain, even if a part of a tour experiance may be compromised by less time spent in both camps or no hotel pick up.
If you book a tour with minivan transport for 2 or more people we guarantee a pick-up at your hotel or apartment.
Minivan transport is guaranteed only if you book the tour for 2 or more people. In case of 1 person booking it may happen that the tour will be organized by BUS without door to door service. In case you choose a minivan option and we won't provide you with minivan transport, please email us and we'll refund you the price difference.

You will spend about 3h 30min (minivan) or 2h 45min (coach) in Auschwitz and Birkenau concentration camps, where you will be given an English guided tour by the Museum's licensed guide. The tour begins with a 15-minute documentary film about the liberation of the camp, then the museum guide will show you exhibits in some of the surviving prison blocks, the gas chamber and the crematorium in Auschwitz. After a short break you continue to Birkenau, where you go up to the watchtower above the entrance gate to see the view of the biggest Nazi extermination camp.

supposed to do and where we were supposed to go, he was there ready to meet us as the tour at Auswich ended and took us up to Birkenau,
where he was again ready and waiting for us when the tour there ended.
he made sure that we got back to our hotel safe and sound.
On all occassions the drivers were extrmemely polite, nothing was too much trouble, also on all occassions we had a minivan which was very clean inside and out and very comfortable.

Next morning the same driver arrived on schelude to bring us to Autzweich, he was very friendly and answered any questions we had. On arrival at Autzweich we were introduced to our tour guide, she was very compassionate throughout the tour and very informative. On the return journey we asked the driver to drop us at a nice place to eat, which he did and his choice was a delight. For the following day's tour and pick up for the airport the service was first class.
We would have no problem recommending you. The service your company provided was brilliant, we got a great service at a very good price and allowed us to see a lot more of krakow in our short 3 night stay.
