Unbeatable - best transfer service ever! Our driver was easily identifiable immediately we came through Arrivals, holding up a large sign.
The minivan was parked close to the exit and we were away within minutes of arriving. The minivan was comfortable and new, and his driving was safe and considerate.

The transport from the airport to Krakow was a little inconvenient because the driver had parked quite a distance from the airport. However, even though the flight arrived early, he was there waiting for us. The return journey was by the driver we had had for both of our tours, who again was very pleasant and courteous.

On the way from Balice to hotel the driver was brilliant very friendly and helpful. His colleague who was at the airport when we arrived had some guests already and asked us to wait. It would of been nice to go straight away to feel important, more so for my father in law as it was his first time ever away from home.

On the evening of our departure from our hotel to Krakow Balice Airport we had to ring your office as the minibus was half an hour late when we were told that unfortunately you had no record of our needing to get to the airport. Fantastic!! As a single traveller it was a great start to my break and filled me with confidence when I was met at the airport by the most polite driver. I had the same driver throughout my break and he proved himself to be an absolute asset to your company. The Mercedes vehicles spoke volumes about the company's concern for the comfort of the clients.

Excellent service, could not fault it, our driver on pick-up from our arrival was waiting and he was so friendly even though it was in the early hours of the morning. The same applied to our return to the airport, we were given a time and they were there at that time. Were more than impressed with the service provided.
One of our guides who we saw a lot of was, Doroty Suder, a lovely young lady and very helpful with information on the area and where we could go and things to do. Doroty is a big assets to Escape2Poland, we were very impressed with her on all levels.

Couldn't have asked for more. Flight was 50 minutes late and still the driver was there to meet us within 10 minutes. We were told off all the landmarks on the way to the hotel and learnt a little about the area.

He was located by the exit door as we came out of the arrivals at the airport and our travel/transfers couldn't have been more perfect! The minivan was parked close to the exit and we were away within minutes of arriving. The minivan was comfortable and new, and his driving was safe and considerate.
The return journey to the airport was the same - professional, puntual, comfortable and friendly.
