Everything went like clockwork...

I am writing on behalf of my father who has just returned from his trip organised by escape2poland and who had a truly wonderful time. I have been in contact with you making arrangements but it was father and his friend who took the trip and he had nothing but praise for you when he got back.

Everything went like clockwork. The hotel was really clean and the staff friendly.

When they got picked up for the Auschwitz - Birkenau trip, they were told 9.20am and the bus was there exactly on time and all drop offs and pick ups during the trip were also very prompt, their female bus driver even
arranged to take them to the airport the next morning and again was very punctual and helpful. Also, during their trip my fathers friend had asked her where he could buy a particular drink a friend of his had asked him to get so she took him into a supermarket and helped him out with buying it (you don't get that in the UK). Everyone they met in Poland was friendly and kind and the place itself is beautiful, it is not somewhere very often thought of as a holiday destiantion but somewhere he would love to return to.

The tours of Auschwitz and Birkenau were very informative and extremely moving and thought provoking. My father said you definately got a sense of bad things happening within the walls and grounds of the place and thought it was all very well organised and respectful.

I would like to end this with a HUGE thank-you from my father, his friend and myself. Many people have asked about his trip and he will definately recommend you to anyone wishing to visit Poland and use you again should he return.
