(Tour by MINIVAN) The driver was again absolutely on the pick up and when we got to Auswich he made sure that we knew exactly what we were
supposed to do and where we were supposed to go, he was there ready to meet us as the tour at Auswich ended and took us up to Birkenau,
where he was again ready and waiting for us when the tour there ended.
he made sure that we got back to our hotel safe and sound.

On all occassions the drivers were extrmemely polite, nothing was too much trouble, also on all occassions we had a minivan which was very clean inside and out and very comfortable.

(Tour by MINIVAN) We travelled to Krakow in March and I booked our airport pick up and two tours (Auschweich and the salt mines)through your site by minivan. When we arrived our driver was there to meet us at the airport and he was a wealth of information on the journey to the hotel. He recommended some lovely places to eat and see.

Next morning the same driver arrived on schelude to bring us to Autzweich, he was very friendly and answered any questions we had. On arrival at Autzweich we were introduced to our tour guide, she was very compassionate throughout the tour and very informative. On the return journey we asked the driver to drop us at a nice place to eat, which he did and his choice was a delight. For the following day's tour and pick up for the airport the service was first class.

We would have no problem recommending you. The service your company provided was brilliant, we got a great service at a very good price and allowed us to see a lot more of krakow in our short 3 night stay.

From the english speaking driver who waited at the airport for over an hour as our plane was delayed, she then gave us a running commentary as we drove to our hotel. The hotel staff were so friendly and cheerful, our rooom was lovley and so warm. We were so impressed with the tour of Auswizch and Birenhau, our guide was so passionate and informative.

(Tour by MINIVAN) Just returned from trip we booked through your website, got to say it was a great trip everything went smoothly. Transfer to and from the airport was great, our flight was diverted to another airport, they contacted us and sent limo as soon as we arrived back at Krakow. Hotel was amazing more like 4 star, staff were friendly and very helpful. Organized trip was on time and very interesting. If we return we will defiantly come to you again.
