Description:Only let down on the hotel staff was when we arrived at 10am on the Tuesday and told we couldn't check in until 2pm that afternoon, we were allowed to leave our luggage but were sent into the pouring rain of Krakow without a map and 4 four hours to lose. Upon coming back at 2pm to check in (after getting hopelessly lost in residential areas - a map would of sorted this!) we checked in, only to find our room was not even near ready and were asked to wait another 15 mins, which after being in the rain for 4 hours was a massive let down. We did not even receive an apology from the reception staff. We paid for a double bed and had 2 singles, not the end of the world but still not what I paid for. The staff for the rest of our stay were more than pleasant, it just seemed to be the two staff on reception the day we arrived.
