Atelier ApartHotel is a newly opened, fresh aparthotel with convenient localisation. Atelier offers basic but comfortable and contemporary rooms in very reasonable prices.

Location

It is situated very close to train and bus station on Topolowa Street, only about 10 minutes stroll from the heart of Krakow - Old Town.

Dinning

Buffet breakfast is served in a hotel restaurant on the 3rf floor between 07.30 and 10.00 am.

Accomodation

Atelier Aparthotel offers 27 rooms (single, twin, double and triple). All rooms can be adopted for single use.

Each room has bathroom, LCD SatTV, hair dryer, coffee & tea making facilities.

    The excessive noise from early morning into the evening due to the installation of a lift spoiled our stay at this particular hotel and there was no hot buffet breakfast as advertised.

    It wasn't bad but then again it wasn't good. The building of the lift woke us a 7am on both mornings and continued until 6pm. The website pictures for the hotel over rate it. The breakfast room was very small and the breakfast was not hot, as promised.

    Stay on the 5th floor, with no lift, is a bit streanous to climb the stairs. Me and my friend both have either flea and bed bugs bite on our thigh and arm.

    We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Atelier Aparthotel - the room was clean and comfortable and clean towels were provided every day.
    The breakfast was adequate, but on the day we took breakfast a little later we found that the milk and yoghurt had become rather warm in the heat and low cereal stocks were not replaced. We still managed to find plenty to eat each morning anyway :-)

    Excellent hotel for the price, suggest perhaps to have 'easy' chairs for more comfortable relaxed time for TV time. (TV excellent) Perhaps supply of suitable soaps and hair shampoo for the shower. these are NOT critisms as we were most satisfied with the accomodation and the breakfast foods. We would be happy to stay there again.

    to be honest iwas very dissapointed, even though we got the ground floor as requested for my husbands medical conditions, we were informed breakfast was on the third floor and no lifts. on arrival extensive building work was being carried out, and it just looked like a building site. was unabble to use the shower during our stay,in fear of the tiles falling from the wall, tghe sink would not hold water in long enough to have a wash, what we saw of the staff they were polite and apologetic over the work being carried out, we only realy saw staff that checked us in and out.

    Hotel and staff were both 1st class as was the accomodation - out of service lift was a bit of a grind being on top floors as we were - that aside all ok. Breakfast being Scots as we are would have preferred a cooked option.

    24 hour manned hotel reception. Great staff willing to help with tour and taxi bookings. Continental breakfast adequate. Room grand, not particularly clean skirting boards but not a bad stay. Lift not completed as yet.

    The hotel was very basic, the television only had 1 english channel, the staff were unable to make us a packed lunch for our tour, the breakfast was also very basic and the breakfast room was uncomfortable unwelcoming and had a dirty dusty feel. I feel the price of our stay in this hotel was not reflected.

    The breakfast here was excellent, always fresh and the lady constantly replenished the foods so there was plenty for everyone not matter what time you arrived for breakfast. The breakfast room was very pleasant with it's vaulted bare brick walls.

    No guest lounge while waiting for flights etc, also no toilets in reception area, the distance from the hotel to the old town was certainly not 10 - 12 mins more like 20 - 25 mins.

    The hotel was extremley noisey at night, with the sound of either staff or guests resounding through the hallways late at night and in the early hours. Reception and Breakfast staff were lovely though, and the hotel room itself was perfectly comfortable for our needs.

    Friendly staff, excellent food, basic room but had everything we needed to make our stay enjoyable. Oops, forgot, only had 2 coat hangers. Luckily we had taken some with us, but we guess the staff would have found more if we had asked!
