This luxurious and modern 4star hotel is situated close to all tourist attractions in Krakow Old Town. Wawel Castle or Planty Park can be reached within only a few minutes stroll. The hotel received TripAdvisor® Award "Certificate of Exelence" in May 2011; was awarded in prestigious Michelin Red Guide Main Cities in Europe in 2011 and nominated to perstigious award XVI edition ODYS 2010.

Location

Hotel Kossak is situated in the city center, close to all important sights. It has excellent public transport connections what makes getting to other parts of the city very easy.

Dinning

The hotel has its own restaurant - Percheron, which will certainly take care of all your culinary needs. This inviting restaurant is located on the ground floor of the hotel and serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. openning hours: 07:00 to 10:00 - breakfast 12:00 to 23:00 - menu of European and fusion cuisine There is also an Orangery Cafe with terrace on the top floor of the hotel. The cosy Lobby Bar is an ideal place for meetings. You can enjoy there a nice cup of coffee or taste one of your favorite drinks.     We really enjoyed our stay in Kossak. The room wasn't big but comfortable, modern and very clean. If returning to Krakow would definitely stay there again.

    Very good hotel in excellent location, close to the Old Town. Friendly and helpfull staff always ready to provide information and advices about the city. The sauna facility easy to access, if there were a swimming-pool it would have been even better.

    The Kossak Hotel was in a great location enabling us to walk around and explore the city, it was clean and comfortable, the staff were welcoming and very helpful,. Overall we would recommend this hotel to anyone and would use it again.

    On departure, our other guests were asked to pay for drinks that they did not have. We refused to pay for this as we were not even in the hotel at the time the drinks were purchased. This spoilt an otherwise lovely stay at the Kossak Hotel.

    There was an issue with the air-conditioning so kossak rebooked us at neibeski hotel. Similar standard, happy overall however a bit further away from town

    We found the hotel Kossak to be one of the best we have ever stayed in. beautiful. Staff weere helpful and courties and it was located very convinient to centre.The tour to Auschwich was very well organised and the driver was most helpful and knowlegable. I will recomend your company to all my friends. Thank you for a wonderfull experience

    Wonderful views from our bedroom window. Rooms were very clean, with excellent decor and comfortable beds. The best choice for breakfast in any previous hotel that we had stayed in-it even included chocolate cake, cheesecake, strawberry gateau and a multitude of danish pastries!

    The only down side to the hotel is that it accommodates for smokers t which we booked a double room and were given a twin room instead, the only alternative was to have a smokers double room which we declined. The hotel on the whole was great we would certainly stay there again in principal if visiting the city again or any where else near by, we would make a point of staying at the Kossak.

    Staff very helpful and informative. Locationj was good and in walking distance of many of the places we wanted to see. The only disappointment was being unable to go up to the roof top cafe on two of the nights we were there.

    Booking with Escape to Poland was easy with any changes to our requirements responded to and updated very quickly. The food at the hotel was excellent and the location perfect for a short walk to town for the night life, shopping and resturants. All Escape to Poland staff were friendly, knowledgeable about their tour and had excellent English. I would definitely recommend friends to use this company.

    The hotel was lovely and the bedroom was very comfortable. The hotel staff and the minibus staff were very friendly. The only downside was not being able to get a drink in the bar on one of the days as the hotel only had licence for 6 days which seemed very strange.

    Staff were really friendly and helpful especially Mical on reception who recommended one of the best places we've ever eaten at. The hotel was very clean and tidy with a really comfortable atmosphere. Cannot think of any weaknesses for this hotel at all.
