Départ et transport: au moins 200 endroits de départs chaque jour à Cracovie entre 8:30 et 9:30 soit l'apres-midi entre15:00 et 16:00. (Points de rencontre se trouvent toujours au centre de la ville 5 min à pied des hôtels). Le transport en minivan ou minibus. Pour les groups 3 personnes et plus nous offrons minivan et pick-up partout à Cracovie (porte à porte)

FAIRE ATTENTION:
  • Dans la mine les visiteurs doivent descendre les 380 marches pour atteindre le premier niveau (64 metres sous la surface de la terre).
  • Retour à la surface en ascenseur jusqu'à Danilowicz arbre du niveau 3
  • Température constante dans la mine est assez faible (14'C / 57'F). Il est donc conseillé de prendre des vetements chauds (meme en été)
  • Dans la mine il est interdit de fumer et ouvrir des flammes.
  • L'autorisation pour pouvoir prendre des photos coute 10 zloty.
  • Mine de sel de Wieliczka est ouverte aux visiteurs tous les jours:
    du 1er avril au 31 Octobre: 7 heures 30-19:30
    a partir du 2 Novembre au 31 Mars: 8:00-17h00

Musée est fermé dans les jours:

1.01, 3-4.04, 1.11, 24-25.12, 31.12

Les visiteurs ont la possibilité de marcher 3 km sur la route qui mene à travers de trois niveaux de la mine de sel, 136 metres sous la surface, entre les chambres et les galeries creusées au 17eme siecle. Pendant la tournée vous pouvez rencontre les chapelles souterraines avec des images de saints sculptées dans le sel, des lacs salés et beaucoup plus de lieux et des objets cachés sous le sol.

Thank you so much for making our short break a seamless process and ensured we had the most relaxing time.I have emailed you several times with sometimes stupid questions and you have always been very polite, courteous and helpful.

The transfer to and from the airport was on time and very convenient as booked in advance. We visited both the salt mine and Aushwitz and the transport, tour guides and level of service was excellent.Overall we were very happy.

Krakow too was amazing, cheap food and drink and some very good bars local to our hotel.We will definitely be coming back!

The guide picked us up and then stopped and got out of the van. She didn't say where she was going (to pick up another couple) and was about 10 minutes. She did leave the air con on though.

This was an amazing tour, our only complaint was that the tour guide took us to the Salt Mine and gave us our tickets, however we were then left on our own to explore and they just explained how to find our way back to the hotel on our own.

Transport OK. Could not always hear guide due to proximity of other groups in confined space. Earphones as in Auschwitch tour much better. Suggestion in previsit guides to wear warm clothes misguided as was very warm during tour.

It was very disorganized in terms of where we got picked up and when. We had to walk to a different hotel, take a bus to another hotel, wait outside for awhile, then get on another van. It should have been much organized. Also, it was a very short tour for the money.
The guide on the bus didn't speak good English, but the guide in the mine was excellent.

Your driver was held up in traffic but arranged for a taxi to pick us up and we arrived at the same time as the Minivan. The tour guide was softly spoken and her English was excellent but she tended to speak very quickly and was diffcult to understand. Tour was OK but value for money was eroded by having to pay 10 Zlotys to photograph the main hall.

The same clean and comfortable transport with friendly driver who explained the itinerary well. The guide at the mine was very knowledgeable about the mine and its history. She spoke excellent English and ensured our safety at all times, arranging for those in our group who needed assistance, to use the lift where necessary. This was another excellent trip with lots of truly amazing sights to see. Well worth the entrance fee.

I was absolutely delighted to go on the MINIVAN for this tour as I was not expecting to. I did not fully appreciate however how long the tour was and walking/steps involved. The guide appeared to be tired but did keep the groups attention. I was glad it was a small group as it was apparent from observing other groups they were missing out on what the guide was saying. I would definitely recommend the tour but it's not one I would repeat again unles it was a shortened version.

Our english speaking guide was also a miner at this salt mine and was obviously pssionate about the mine, quite rightly so! If you are able to cope with steps, this trip is a must, so much going on and so far underground. No chance of feeling claustrophobic, the caverns are immense with breathtaking salt sculptures. Once again, great friendly driver and as usual, on time.

The timing of our trip coincided with rush hour making us slightly late. As a result we felt we were taken round a little quicker 2hrs instead of 2 1/2 to 3hrs. The experience inside was fantastic though. Could have had time to look at the souvenir stands after our visit but our driver was due to do an airport pick up after dropping us off.

Not happy with the lady driver who took us there. She is such a fast driver and moves from lane and answers her mobile whilst driving not using hands free. She is a very nice lady but l would rather be late than dead in a foreign country. The guide was very good.x

The tour was amazing and I would recommend this to anyone going to Poland. As a matter of fact, we met another couple while in Krakow and told them about it. They arranged the tour immediately!

The tour itself was remarkable, and the guide very knowledgable, however we felt we didn't have enough time to see everything or take anything in as the guide was almost rushing us through the caves. however they are amazing and well worth seeing.

our driver picked us up from the hotel on time and on route to the salt mine told us the places of interest she was fantastic the organisation was excellent she bought the tickets and explain what we had to do and after the tour told us where we were to meet she even asked us whether we wanted to return to our hotel or be dropped off at the market square her name was dorota
