    We regret that we stayed in Krakow only 2 nights, because both the city and the hotel were stunning! We really enjoyed our cosy room and delicious breakfast. We'll certainly return!

    Very nice hotel, perfectly located but I have a few complaints. Room service could be more efficient, bathroom was cleaned carelessly. There was also very faded towels and bedspread. However I had pleasant stay in this hotel so I'd recommend it to my friends.

    Hotel Pod Rosa was excellent - thankyou for the upgrade. 1 or 2 receptionists were a bit vague when asked simple questions about Cracow and didn't go and find out but otherwise very good.
