Shopping is a necessity for some, for others pleasure, entertainment and hobbies. They are supporters of shopping in hypermarkets, where they can buy everything in one place. But there are some who will not exchange, a climate and atmosphere of small food stores, boutiques and groceries, for anything in the world. And for these people Zakopane is an excellent choice. There are no shopping centers or malls instead the city can offer a large number of small stores where you can find clothes, shoes, food etc. But especially for the tourists there are shops where you can find some craft articles: earthenware, pottery, woodwork, glassware. Zakopane is a small city and therefore most of the shops you can find in the center of the town on its 2 or 3 main streets(the most famous is Krupówki).
