Hotel Kossak is situated in the city centre on plac Kossaka 1, close to all important sights. It has excellent public transportation connections making it easy to get where you want, quick! One of the best features is the view of Wawel Castle, which you should enjoy regardless of the weather condition. The walks to Wawel Castle or the Main Market Square are about 10 minutes long.

Serving seasonal, gluten-free, and children’s dishes, this excellent restaurant offers a fantastic view of Wawel Castle. Breakfast is served from 7:00-10:00; from 12:00-23:00 the dishes served are Thai-inspired and friendly for everyone. The lobby bar offers great coffee and drinks.

The Kossak Hotel offers a sauna and fitness centre, the daily paper in the lobby, and an iron and ironing board upon request. Staff very helpful and informative. Locationj was good and in walking distance of many of the places we wanted to see. The only disappointment was being unable to go up to the roof top cafe on two of the nights we were there.

The staff of the hotel Kossak are the best hotel staff I have ever met, and I have travelled all over the world. I have written to the hotel manager to express my pleasure and joy at staying at the hotel due the the politeness and friendliness and courtesy of the staff. The food was excellent quality.

Staff were really friendly and helpful especially Mical on reception who recommended one of the best places we've ever eaten at. The hotel was very clean and tidy with a really comfortable atmosphere. Cannot think of any weaknesses for this hotel at all.
