The booking information that you provide to us will be passed on only to the relevant suppliers of your travel arrangements or other persons necessary for the provision of your travel arrangements. The information may be provided to public authorities such as customs or immigration if required by them, or as required by law. This applies to any special category (sensitive) information that you give to us such as details of any disabilities, or dietary and religious requirements. In making this booking, you consent to this information being passed on to the relevant persons. What Information Do We Collect?

When you book, we collect several pieces of information about you: your name, address, phone number and email address. Your email address is kept for contact purposes, allowing our staff to keep you up to date on any changes that may occur between the time of booking and your arrival date. After this we will use your email address only to send you our newsletter.

Your rights

You can ask us to verify that the information we hold about you is accurate, or even have it deleted from our records. To enquire about the information we hold about you send us an email. For your security the email address on the request must match the email address on our records. If it does not match then further identification will be required.
