Our accommodation was perfect location!

The location and cleanliness of the hotel were very good (although the beds need some improvement to make them comfortable). Could easily walk to the main market square and other places of interest. However, the staff at the front desk was NOT very knowledgeable or hospitable. For instance, when asking questions about where to eat near the hotel they had no recommendations or information about what was nearby/the cuisine they offered. I ended up using tripadvisor more than any suggestion they gave me. Also, the female receptionist there Easter Sunday/Monday was flatout rude at times and made it seem like I was bothering her (by stopping her conversation with another guest who stood at the desk ALL DAY) when asking what there was to do on Easter Sunday. Also, the breakfast was decent but NOTHING was labeled (making it very hard to eat when you have food allergies)

The hotel was fantastic and great value for money, we will definitely.be returning! Staff were truly amazing, room was always spotless and location was great for going to both the main square and Schindler's factory

The Hotel is perfectly situated for the Jewish quarter and to walk to the main square. The road it is on does not look the best, but the hotel itself is lovely, fantastic breakfast and very helpful staff. The ice cream shop on the other side of the road is very good.

cosy rooms, good value for money, location in a busy area but close to the Old Town and Jewish District

nice, fresh but rather basic hotel

Ideally placed - a short walk to the main square and lots of very reasonably priced eating places around the area.

Being very hot we would have appreciated air conditioning in the bedroom or a fan.
