The 3-star Wawel Hotel is at the top of its class. It is well known for its extensive spa services all over the world. With the Black Duck restaurant, it is quickly working on gaining a fourth star.

Located at ul. Poselska 22, you are minutes away from Planty Park, which encompasses the entire Old Town of Krakow. You are roughly 10 minutes away from Wawel Castle and Sukiennice (the main focal point of Old Town), and a little over 20 minutes away from the main train/bus station by foot..

Breakfast buffet at the hotel restaurant starts at 7:00 and runs until 11:00. Afterwards, the Black Duck, known for the gluten-free meals, receives rave reviews about the duck specialties and, for less exploratory tastes, their dumplings.

Rooms have fresh towels, slippers, and a hair dryer in the private bathrooms and a TV, radio, free WiFi, and mini-bar complete, complimentary water, and climate control.

The Wawel Hotel is well known for their extensive spa services, Jacuzzis and steam rooms are available to all guests.

Very friendly welcome and Staff were very helpful, nothing was too much trouble. Nice to have water supplied in our rooms. Breakfast was excellent each morning and we ate in the restaurant and also had a good meal (restaurant where breakfast was served each day) The only down point was the shower cubicle as the water ran out on to the bathroom floor. Hotel very relaxing.

It was very central but in a quiet street. Our room was a reasonable size and very clean. Highly recommended

Fantastic hotel in great loaction - last minute change to this hotel was handled extremely well!

Great location - be prepared for a small room with a strangely lumpy single bed but its best to be in the old town. The attached restaurant has a great buffet breakfast.

Great, small and cosy hotel. Unfortunately there was no air condition in our room.

Perfect location, central but quiet.

A really lovely place to stay. Amazing location. Nothing was too much trouble for the staff. The only reason I have given an 8 for comfort is we were on the top floor therefore I kept banging my head on the low roof beams. I'm sure the lower rooms are better, so can I have one of those on my next visit please!! All round brilliant!!
