Polish currency

The polish currency is zloty (PLN). It consists of 100 groszy.
The banknotes are 10, 20, 50, 100, 200 PLN denominations, the coins are 1, 2, 5, 10, 20, 50 groszy and 1, 2, 5 zlotys. There are numerous banks and exchange offices where you can exchange money. The main conversions are:

1 USD approximately 3.15 PLN
1 GBP approximately 5.00 PLN
1 EUR approximately 4.10 PLN
1 CHF approximately 3.40 PLN

In Poland there is also a great number of cash dispensers(over 14000 for the time being). The majority of polish hotels and businesses accept credit cards(Visa, Mastercard, Maestro, American Express, Diners).
